Will my phone fit in a FlipBelt?
What's so great about FlipBelt is that the 3-inch width and stretchy fabric gives it the ability to hold large phones such as the iPhone 8 Plus and Samsung Galaxy S9.

The most important thing to remember is that rubberized cases, like an OtterBox, make it a bit difficult for your phone to slide in easily. Putting your phone inside a Ziploc bag will make it slide in much smoother.
Because we have a 100% customer satisfaction policy, you're never stuck with a FlipBelt. If FlipBelt doesn't work for you, we will be more than happy to do a return or exchange.
Is carrying small items secure?
When FlipBelt is worn and used correctly, security of small items is ensured. For items such as coins, sleek cards, chapstick, etc., we recommend placing them in a small Ziploc bag before inserting them into the FlipBelt since items can shift during activities. Always be mindful when sliding items in and out of the openings to ensure that you don’t disturb anything else.
The original FlipBelt can be turned so that the openings face inward against your body to better lock items in place. The FlipBelt Zipper includes an additional zipper-close pocket for extra security.
We highly recommend wearing and testing the belt before your activity so you get familiar with where the openings are and how your items work with the belt.
Will my passport fit in a FlipBelt?
Just as the FlipBelt is designed to stretch and fit large cellphones, your passport won’t have any trouble fitting either! The fact that the FlipBelt can easily fit a passport, your money, your cellphone, keys and more, make it a slim, elegant and stylish alternative to traditional money belts.
We recommend the FlipBelt Zipper, which is slightly wider for an easier fit and has a zipper-close pocket for extra security.
Does a water bottle fit in a FlipBelt?
FlipBelt makes custom water bottles designed to fit easily in any FlipBelt. Our water bottles are contoured to fit comfortably against your body so they stay in place during your activities. FlipBelt water bottles are available in 11-ounce and 6-ounce and can be purchased individually or as part of the FlipBelt Hydration Belt.
Does the FlipBelt ride up?
We've gotten an overwhelming amount of positive feedback from our customers about how FlipBelt doesn't move! The even, tubular design gives the belt balance. This is important because it doesn't bounce which ultimately causes other belts to move up the body. The wider fabric area also helps it evenly grip the body for a stable hold.
However, there are a small percent of body types that may experience ride-up. In these cases, we recommend that you try the belt and take advantage of our customer satisfaction guarantee if you experience any problems.
How do I know what size to choose?
We recommend a comfortably snug fit for best results using the FlipBelt. Depending on where you want to wear FlipBelt, the size will vary. If you prefer to wear it low on your hips, go up a size. If you’d rather it sit on or above your hips, go true to size. On your natural waist, go down a size.
You can also visit us at one of our events or a local retailer to try on a FlipBelt. You are never stuck with a belt if the size doesn't work, we have an easy exchanges and returns policy! We’re happy to return or exchange the belt for you.

Is FlipBelt waterproof?
FlipBelt is not waterproof, but the polyester/lycra material allows the belt to wick up sweat and dry quickly. If you wear your FlipBelt where it is in contact with your skin, it may soak through depending on the amount of sweat you produce. We recommended putting your electronics inside a Ziploc bag before placing them into the belt if you have concerns of sweat or water damaging your valuables.
What is FlipBelt made of?
All versions of the FlipBelt are made of 92% Micropoly polyester and 8% Lycra. This makes them moisture wicking and machine washable.
The FlipBelt Reflective PT Belt also includes 3M reflective material.
Is FlipBelt machine washable?
Yes, the FlipBelt is machine washable so it’s as easy to care for as your workout clothes.
Wash your FlipBelt using cold water with your favorite laundry detergent and non-chlorine bleach as needed. Tumble dry on low or hang dry for the best results.
Is there a warranty on the FlipBelt?
We have a 30-day 100% customer satisfaction policy, meaning if you’re not totally happy with your FlipBelt, return it and we’ll gladly send you a new one or refund your money. If you want to return your FlipBelt, simply fill out our Return Form.

Most connectivity problems may arise due to updated software on the phone.
If you experience connectivity or other problems related to your phone, we always recommend to try the following:
- Delete the headphones from the Bluetooth menu on your phone
- Turn off the headphones
- Restart your phone
- Re-connect the headphones via Bluetooth (remember to put them into pairing mode by pressing and holding the power button for 7 seconds).
Problems with Bluetooth connectivity
Here's what you can do to resolve both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth problems:
- Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. It's the third option down, and you'll want to avoid Reset All Settings and Erase All Content and Settings.
- By selecting “Reset Network Settings” you'll keep your data intact, but your Bluetooth/Wireless connects will be set back to their default settings.
Soft reset on the headphones
It is possible to reset the MIIEGO Headphones (soft reset) using the following procedure:
- First ensure that the headphones are turned off.
- Then ensure that the headphones are charging (a red light will be on).
- Press and hold the power button for 6-8 seconds until it quickly flashes BLUE 1 or 2 times, then follows with the red light on again.
- The headphones should now be reset.
Bluetooth signal and connectivity in general
While the range of Bluetooth is 10 meters, the recommended optimal range for any Bluetooth stereo device is half a meter in direct line of sight to your music device, particularly outdoors when the signal cannot bounce off walls and ceilings. This rule applies to any brand of Bluetooth stereo devices. On the MIIEGO headphones, the antenna is located in the right-side earpiece. So please make sure that your device is on the right side of the body for optimal connectivity while outdoors! This will help avoid signal dropouts. Please also be aware that antennas on iPhones are located in the bottom of the phone.
Can I use MIIEGO Wireless Headphones with my iPhone?
Yes – all versions/generations of iPhones support Bluetooth.
Can I use MIIEGO Wireless Headphones with my mobile phone/smartphone?
Yes, if it is a Bluetooth mobile phone or device. Your phone/device should support A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) to play music, which almost all newer smartphones do.
Can I use MIIEGO Wireless Headphones with my PC/laptop, iPod or MP3 player?
Only if your PC/laptop, iPod or MP3 player has Bluetooth. Follow the instructions that came with your PC/laptop, iPod or MP3 player on how to pair with a Bluetooth device.
Can I use MIIEGO Wireless Headphones for Sports for calls and Skype? And for PC/Mac?
Yes – all MIIEGO Wireless Headphones have built-in microphones for hands-free calling. You can use them as a wireless headset for Skype and/or your Bluetooth-enabled PC or Mac.
How do I connect my MIIEGO Wireless Headphones to my phone or device?
- Make sure your headphones are charged and turned off.
- Press and hold the control button on the headset for 7-8 seconds until the indicator light flashes Red and Blue alternately (pairing mode).
- Activate Bluetooth on your phone or other device and search for Bluetooth devices and select your MIIEGO model. If asked for a PIN, enter: 0000.
What is the PIN or pass code for pairing?
The code / PIN is 0000 (four zeros).
Common issues about pairing

Please note the quality of the Bluetooth signal may also be influenced/weakened by obstacles like walls, furniture, thick clothing/textile, phone covers, or metal.
What can I do in order to get the best possible signal between my MIIEGO Wireless Headphones and my phone/device?
It is highly recommended to keep your phone/device on the right side of your body, preferably in an armband, within optimal range, as the music receiver antenna on the headphones is located on the right side.

What does it mean when the red indicator light blinks regularly?
This may indicate that the battery status is low and your headphones need to be charged.
Why is the red light not on when I am charging the headphones?
- Make sure the charging cable is correctly connected between both the headphones and your charger and it is turned ON.
- If you have not used the headphones for a while, the battery may dry up. When this happens, you have to charge the battery for 30 minutes and then the red light will turn ON.
Can I change the battery inside my MIIEGO Wireless Headphones?
No, the battery is an integrated part of the headphone construction and is non-removable.
