Lightweight, Comfortable, and Perfect for Running
I'm not a runner but I do enjoy hiking and I was looking for a light-colored, light-weight hat to pair with my sun hoodie for hiking adventures. I chose the whisper white color. This fits the bill just perfectly. The hat I used to use had some velcro at the back that would catch on the back of my sun hoodie and pull at it which I found extremely annoying. I much prefer the infinite adjustment of this running cap with elastic pull that you can customize to your head size and that won't mess with my hoodie.I love the light color and how breathable this hat is. I need sun protection since I buzz my hair but I appreciate the thin and breathable material that keeps heat to a minimum. I'm also a huge fan of the sunglass pouches on the sides you can use to hold sunglasses when you're not using them and keep them from dropping which always happens to me. Quality product at a fair price. Can't ask for more.
Love this cap for outdoor water fitness! Perfect for aqua aerobics and water running! I image it would also be great for other water sports. Keeps my scalp protected from the sun, and since it's really windy where I live, I love that there is such a generous and easily adjustable elastic in the back -- I have a pretty big head to begin with, so it's wonderful to find a hat that is comfortable, can accommodate a ponytail, and can be snugged up to stay on (and not hurt) when it's breezy and gusty. It's lightweight and breathable -- doesn't make my head feel hot and sweaty. Brim helps with the glare when I forget my sunglasses. Dries quickly. Rolls up easily to stuff in a bag or pocket.Well made, with covered seams, so nothing to scratch and annoy. Love the colors on the etles print -- so vibrant!
FlipBelt Running Cap ReviewIt is certainly lightweight, comfortable, well ventilated, and easy to adjust.I wear 7 3/8 long oval and this cap fit me well. Not a big fan of the adjustment cord though.It's not a traditional baseball cap, so it seems a little weird at first, but it should be perfect for anyone engaged in strenuous activities who wants some sun protection!Time will tell if it holds up,
I do not have a huge head by any means, most women's hats fit me, but this does not come down far on the sides of the head to feel like it will stay in place. Even with adjusting the cord on the back, I couldn't get a good fit or decent look for the front. Not sure it is something I will ever wear because of this.
