Light and airy, (these are very short) and cool for long hot runs. The band at the top is a mid-level compression and stays in place on my waist while running. I like the little tabs you can pull to remove items from storage mid run. My only issue is they are never in stock! I want at least two more pairs but they sell out fast! I am 5'9, 160lb and normally a large in shorts/pants. I orders a large and they work fine, but I could easily size up.

Love these shorts! They're one of the only running shorts I've had where the lining doesn't ride up. The pockets hold a lot and the short stays in place when running. I am a size 0 and XS in other brands and did end up sizing up to a medium.
