Uncomfortable and runs too small!

I've ordered three Flipbelt clothing items in the last couple of weeks, and every single one was wayyy too small! I followed the sizing guide on this, and even went up another size, and it was still too small.
Also, this fabric is super uncomfortable when running in.
I usually purchase a medium sports bra, so I went with a large top, so it could hang over, but apparently, I needed an XL, which I've never had to purchase in my life, because I'm a 34B.
