After less than 3 months of purchase and only a few wears, the crotch section has unstiched. Also, if you're a heavy sweat-er, prepare to look like you pissed yourself during your physical activity because there is no dri-fit in these shorts.

These shorts! Length avoids chafing, NO riding up! N0 falling down. Price is perfect!. These will be my go to for runnin longer distances and to keep cool during my longer runs! I will be adding MORE of these for my fall winter runs! Great shorts extra pockets!

I ordered a pair of these about a year ago and loved them so much! The design is different now and they are so uncomfortable and have extra little tags hanging out every where. Very disappointed

I absolutely love these shorts. The ship time, with snow and ice, delayed their arrival, so I only had one opportunity to test them out on a 4-mile training run before committing to wearing them during the Black Canyon 50k two weeks ago. I carried a bottle in each side pocket, my cell phone up front, and my gels, salt, etc. in the back. I also wore my vest in case the bottles didn’t work out. I am glad I had ALL the gear since it ended up being close to 75° race day. No chafe, no riding up, no issues whatsoever. I loved them so much, I bought a second pair. I wore them again last week during my solo 30 miler in the city. Two 50ks back-to-back with these shorts and they were great. I am 5’-9” and 135 lbs. and bought a small.

These shorts are a total win!! Absolutely love them! The mesh pockets are genius and the FlipBelt water bottle fits perfectly.

These are my favorite race short! I love them. They run a touch small in the thighs and hips compared to the waist. I'm normally a small in other brands, but here I'm most comfortable in a medium and cinching down that drawstring.

Resolved with the seller.There’s a quality issue. When I received it, one pant leg’s crease wasn’t properly pressed/stuck. After one wash, it got even worse.

They’re true to size, flexible and comfortable

5’4” 135-140 lbs athletic build. Between sizes; sized up to Medium. No chub-rub or thigh friction, these babies stay PUT! But they are WARM! And sweat seeps right through (photo; minus 1 star). I recommend light running shorts overtop if self-conscious in public, but that adds yet another layer to the warm waist.

Little black shorts are a must have for summer, whether you’re working out, hiking, walking the dog, or just running errands. These shorts can do it all they have pockets that help keep your hands free. My iPhone 16 Pro Max Plus fits in the front and back mesh pocket. The mesh pocket has a tab to grab to easily pull it out so if you have the stiletto nails you don’t have to worry about damaging the mesh. The zipper pocket fits my car key so I don’t have to worry about loosing it. There’s also an additional pocket going down the leg.Sizing I’m a pretty true to size 4 or a 27 in pants. I weight 137lbs currently and I typically wear a small in most leggings. I ended up ordering the medium in the shorts and small in the leggings. The shorts fit as well as the leggings. I can say the leggings do have more compression which is what I was hoping for. If you’re wanting a compression fit go with your true size. If you’re wanting them a little more comfortable but still fitted go one size up like I did in the shorts.The material is amazing, so soft to the touch yet can offer the support or compression you expect in shorts like these. They aren’t heavy yet I can tell the fabric is high quality.Overall I love these shorts and I can tell they are going to be my main pair. Especially with my daily walks and weekend hikes with my dog. The pockets just can’t be beat with any other brand.

OVERALL:FlipBelt knows what they're doing! These shorts are exactly what I've been wanting for long outdoor runs and going to the gym without lugging around a bag. There are downsides (see below), but the benefits far outweigh them.POCKETS!The multiple very-secure technical pockets completely replace my running belt or even my in-gym pouch! My essentials are very secure in these pockets, including:#1 cell phone in front of wrap-around waist pocket (yes, the silicone grip-tag makes it look like 05,be I put the shorts on backwards, but it helps open the pocket quickly especially while running)#2 The waist pocket wraps around to the back, but I sweat way too much back there, so I stash my sunglasses there, and 05,be I can get one of those little water bottles (that FlipBelt also sells seperately) to go back there.#3 photo-ID, key, and cash in the small zippered hip pocket#4 Bluetooth earbud case on my other hip (in the wrap-around part)#5 Face rag or sweatband in one large leg pocket#6 Safety whistle/alarm in the other large leg pocketMATERIAL:these shorts are definitely compression material in that #1, they hold gear in the pockets completely bounce/giggle-proof, and #2, they are not quick-dry nor super-breathable. Since these shorts are for active use and not for lounging, so I'm not mad at these aspects because the pros (comfort + secure functional pockets) far outweigh the cons (cold, sweaty pants at the end of a workout).SIZING:Partly bc of the compression material, the shorts run a wee-bit small. I'm usually a 11/12, and the size Large is pretty snug, giving me a bit of a muffin-top. However, it's not a deal-breaker bc they're still very comfortable and stretch, not restrictive, so I don't really notice it when I'm moving.
