Refund policy

We are confident you will love our products, if not you may return items within 30 days of purchase.

Products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be eligible for return or exchange.

For health and safety reasons, water bottles must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all components included. We are unable to accept returns of bottles that have been used, washed, or filled.

WEBSITE RETURNS

If you have your order number and email address used to place the order on flipbelt.com you can request a return on our website by visiting: Request a Return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

OTHER RETURNS

If you did not order from flipbelt.com please send us an email. You can always contact us for any return questions at contact@flipbelt.com.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear on your account.
