I love my FlipBelt and I must say their customer service is top notch! I bought one of their small water bottles at the Virginia Beach Rock n Roll Half Marathon Expo. (it's fits perfectly in the "pockets") Well the top had an issue and unless you closed it just right it would leak a little. From reviews I had read this was not a typical issue.
I went to the contact page on their website and sent an email asking how to do an exchange. Within 24 hours I received and email with a link and a code to order a new top. No charge, not even for shipping. PLUS I had the top within 3 days. Works perfectly. I will be putting the large water bottle on my Christmas wish list!
